Safe Lace will replace Free of Charge, any Safe Lace with manufacturing defects as long as the product has been used within the Normal Use guidelines as per the instructions.

Prior to requesting a replacement, please watch the instructional video to make sure that the damage is not due to applying the product to the lace or shoe incorrectly. It is important that all 4 steps are always followed to ensure long life of the Safe Lace. Wear and tear through improper application and use are not covered in this replacement warranty.

Your claim will be assessed once your product has either been returned to Safe Lace Pty Ltd, PO Box 4090, Ringwood Vic, 3134 or an email with photos showing the damage has been received.

You will need to include your name, address, phone number, and email address so that we can locate your order. Once we have received your returned product or your email outlined with photos, we will contact you within 3-5 business days to confirm the outcome of the assessment.
